This Privacy Policy explains how Kaleloft LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the free, ad-supported Pano Tuner Lite app for iOS (the “App”). Our paid iOS app and our Android app have their own policies.

Pano Tuner Lite uses your device’s microphone solely to analyze the pitch of incoming sound in real time. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not record, retain, upload, or share any audio, and the audio is never used for advertising or any other purpose.

We use no other analytics or advertising SDKs. (A reference SDK-level disclosure is also maintained at our iubenda policy.)
Before any tracking that uses your IDFA across apps and websites, iOS shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and we honor your choice. If you decline (or on iOS where tracking is off), ads are served without the IDFA and are non-personalized. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland we also use Google’s consent mechanism before loading ads. You can change tracking anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and ad personalization via the App’s consent control.
The App contains a link to upgrade to our paid app on the App Store. Following it opens the App Store app; Apple’s privacy policy then applies. We do not receive any data from your tapping that link.
We rely on your consent for tracking/personalized advertising; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the App (including non-personalized ads), balanced against your rights. Legal obligation applies to compliance-related processing.
We share data only with the providers above: Google (AdMob) and Apple (diagnostics). They may process data in the United States and other countries under their own safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell or rent personal data.
We do not maintain our own database of your personal data. Data held by Google (advertising) and Apple (diagnostics) is retained per their policies. Consent choices are stored on your device.
EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority. California (CCPA/CPRA): the rights to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” — we do not sell personal information; ad personalization is governed by the controls above. The App is a general-audience utility, is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
We may update this policy; we will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or store listing.
