This Privacy Policy explains how Kaleloft LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the paid Pano Tuner app for iOS (the “App”). Our free iOS app and our Android app have their own policies.

Pano Tuner uses your device’s microphone solely to analyze the pitch of incoming sound in real time so it can show you the note and how in-tune it is. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not record, retain, upload, or share any audio.
None. The paid Pano Tuner contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not request any advertising identifier. Your settings (such as concert-A frequency and temperament) are stored only on your device.
If you have turned on “Share With App Developers” in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash, hang, and performance diagnostics through App Store Connect / Xcode. This data is collected and controlled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; the App itself does not collect or transmit any diagnostic data. You can turn this off anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Because the App collects no personal data, we have nothing to share or sell. The only third party involved is Apple, in its roles as the App Store and (if you opt in) the provider of aggregate diagnostics.
You retain all rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California). As we hold no personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete; we do not sell personal information. For any question, email support@kaleloft.com.
The App is a general-audience utility, is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
We may update this policy; we will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or store listing.
